This small single family home includes a large bedroom, living room, private bathroom, full kitchen, and breakfast nook. Free WIFI powers your Smart TVs which allow you to connect your own premium channels and offer 100's of additional free channels.

Parking directly in front of the house means, no need to schlep luggage for long distance.

Like all of our units, this house is pet friendly. We will require an additional pet cleaning fee which covers up to two pets for the entire stay (up to 7 days).

Cancellation Policy

Direct Booking Cancellation Policy Made Through Us

Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for reservations cancelled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date and the 4:00 pm PST check-in time.
Late Cancellation/No-Show: For reservations cancelled or modified within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date and the 4:00 pm PST check-in time, or in the case of a no-show, a full charge will be applied to the credit card used for the reservation. This charge will encompass the full amount owed for every day included in the originally booked reservation.

Exceptions:

Negotiated Rates: The Californian law does not apply to negotiated rates that are not advertised or otherwise made available for booking by the general public.
